The program picture
Music supervisors and principals have always needed a clean answer: how many kids are in the program, with which teachers, on which instruments. Teachers cannot easily hand that over.
On the school dashboard you can see student and teacher counts, the violin, viola, cello, and bass mix, and how far each class has gotten (completion and scores). Open any class grades from there.
One school at a time. If you oversee more than one, switch schools. A single district rollup is not shipped yet.
Literacy off the rehearsal clock
NoteFest takes the tedious literacy work - reading, counting, listening, what music is, how long a note lasts - so teachers can do what they are best at: making music together, building better humans, making better connections. Rehearsal is not "what note do I play?"
Software does not replace your teachers. It clears the work that was stealing class time.
Teacher-first is an admin win
Your teachers get a platform that syncs classes, pushes homework, and records grades from play. They stay on rehearsal and students, not busywork. That is the product, not a side feature.
Language and access
English and Spanish now, with text-to-speech, so students who are new to English (or still learning to read) can still do the work. More languages are coming.

Year 1 mixed strings in one program
One assignment covers violin, viola, cello, and bass. Students receive the correct book for the instrument they play. Year 1 teaches literacy on all the strings so students can read the notes in front of them, instead of giving up.
Google Classroom sync keeps rosters current. Grades and submissions surface in NoteFest and Classroom.
