NoteFest is a gamified music education platform designed to help beginners learn to read sheet music, understand music theory, and develop fundamental playing skills for stringed instruments including violin, viola, cello, and bass. The Service includes interactive lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, and a skills practice system.

3. User Accounts

You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account (guest mode). To unlock full access, save your progress across devices, and access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, music, audio, animations, lesson content, and software — is owned by or licensed to NoteFest and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to NoteFest, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that content to improve the Service. You retain ownership of any content you submit.

8. Children's Privacy

NoteFest is designed for learners of all ages, including children. We are committed to complying with applicable children's privacy laws. If you are under 13 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian's consent to create an account. 9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NoteFest does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
